Your Coaches

Bob Anderson

As a father of three, Coach Bob wears many hats.  In addition to working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, administering over the congregation at his church and squeezing in time to study classic guitar, Bob cherishes most the time he gets to hang with his family.  He is excited about not only spending time with his son on the T-ball field, but also getting to know his team players and their parents.  While he hails from the Lone Star State of Texas, he knows that it takes more than one star to do extraordinary things.  He looks forward to helping his team of budding stars shine bigger than the State of Texas.

Carl Morgan

Assistant Coach, Coach Carl, recently returned to the area.  After a decade of wandering in the wilderness of City Planning in several regions of the United States, he realized that Maryland where he feels most at home.  As a planner with Montgomery Parks, pleasure is his business, and enjoys helping to make the county’s great open spaces better.  He too, values team work and introducing people to new things and skills. Taking things one step at a time is the best way to reach a goal, whether it be learning to be a coach or a team player.  The best part is learning together, not only with his son Nicholas, but the whole team.  Go Team 3!.
